Chocolate Crackles
I love these no bake style cookies! Ready in minutes and yummy! I doubled this recipe, which is adapted from a Good Housekeeping cookbook. 3 oz semi sweet chocolate chips 2 cups crispy rice cereal 2 graham crackers, broken into small pieces Melt chocolate chips in microwave for about a minute. Stir. Mix in cereal and graham crackers. Drop by 1/3 cupfuls onto cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Next time I make these, I am going to mix in some peanut butter and see how that tastes.
