Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Chili

I haven't made this in a long while, it was about time!

1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped

1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1/2 cup dried white beans (I used Great Northern)

2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 t ground cumin

ground black pepper to taste

chicken broth to cover

Add ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on high 4-5 hours, or on low 6-8 hours, or til beans are tender.



Remove chicken to a plate or platter and discard any gristle, bones or fat. Shred. Return to pot and heat through.
