Fish Scampi

The other day I posted a recipe for a shrimp scampi bake that had a wonderful sauce which I thought would be perfect with fish. I used cod fillets and added some freshly ground black pepper. The sauce was spooned atop the fillets in a baking pan. After baking for about 15 minutes, the fish and pan sauce were served over hot cooked pasta.

Next time, I would add even more fresh lemon juice and Dijon for just a bit more tang. I was quite pleased as the sauce turned out even better than I thought it would. The sauce blended wonderfully with the juice given off by the fish and it went nicely over the pasta.
