Easy Cinnamon Rolls

I adapted this recipe right off the side of the box of baking mix. Easy and yummy!

2 - 2 1/2 cups baking mix plus extra for kneading
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 T sugar
2 t cinnamon

Preheat oven to 425°. Spray a large baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

Blend baking mix and milk til a thick dough forms. Turn out onto a surface dusted with baking mix; knead for a few minutes, til dough is smooth and all baking mix is incorporated. Roll dough into an 8x15" rectangle. Spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up lengthwise. Slice into 1" pieces. Place in prepared pan with edges lightly touching. Bake about 15 minutes or til golden brown. Serve warm.

I frosted while still warm with a mixture of powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.http://media-files.gather.com/images/d663/d479/d745/d224/d96/f3/full.jpg
