Grilled Salmon Salad with Shallot Vinaigrette

2 salmon steaks or fillets
olive oil
1 T Dijon mustard
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 t dried dill
fresh mixed greens
1 cup garbanzo beans, rinsed and well drained

Preheat grill to medium heat (or preheat broiler). Cook salmon til flaky, about 10-15 minutes (depends on thickness of fish).
