Making Jack and Coke Pork Chops

Easy and delicious! I have also used Jim Beam in place of the Jack. We almost always have Jim on hand.

4 thick boneless pork sirloin chops
1 can cola
1/2 cup Jack Daniels (or other whiskey)
salt and pepper
olive oil

Mix cola and whiskey. Pour over chops and marinade 2-4 hours.

Remove chops from marinade and drain. Pat dry and drizzle with oil. Generously cover with salt and pepper. Reserve marinade.

Meanwhile, preheat one side of the grill on medium heat. Grill chops 10-15 minutes on indirect heat or til desired doneness.

While chops cook, pour reserved marinade in a small saucepan and cook on high for about 5 minutes. Set aside.

When chops are cooked remove from grill and let rest about 5 minutes. Serve with jack and cola sauce and your favorite side.
